The delays are over! 2024 was crap! We are fixing shit! Lets go 2025!
😣2024 was not a good year for us. The delays kept not coming in, the reviews tank our sales, we had to downsize and let people go, going deep into the red with debts. Its like when one bad thing happens, every bad thing happens. We ended up running with just a skeleton crew of (1-3) people. That's all in the past now, its time to learn what we can from it and move on.
🎉 Now in 2025, we can finally put the delays to rest. We've been playing catch-up for most of 2023-2024, but now we are back at the starting line. We aren't in the green yet, but we have little to no debt, and we've done what we said we would do and that's making right by our customers. We did fumble a lot on the way, but we will continue to improve.
⭐ Our ratings have tanked, partially due to the delays, and partially due to our lack of communication which will address. While other stores closed their reviews due to the delays and only opened it back up when its good, we kept our reviews opened the whole time. Our customer want transparency and that's how we operate, even if in hindsight it was a stupid business decision 🤣
💓 We still plan to operate with transparency and integrity. That much hasn't change, even with the backstabbing and sabotages in the business side of things. What will change is that we will take more precautions against taken advantage of and more safeguards to protect our business and our customers (see website for more detail).
📧 Communication was a big part of business when we started. When the delays happened we got overwhelmed. Adding on top of that the email service we use crapped out on us and started deleting customer emails, needless to say it wasn't a good time. We have a new email service that hopefully will be better. It will go live today for customers that have issues regarding the delays, and then live for everyone else in the coming week.

We apologize for the long hiatus on updates. The end of OCT delay orders came in late, early NOV, and we wanted to get them all out to customers asap. We had also been contacting customers about orders that cannot be fulfilled and refunding them. With the majority of that done, we will start devoting more time into regular updates. This new website update is mostly functional and live. We will still be working on sections and updating them (FAQs, About Us, Contact Us, etc etc.)

We are happy to say that finally we are done with the 2022-2023 item delays! Thank you everyone for being patient with us. We appreciate your continued trust and we strive to live up to it. The majority of the delayed items (99%) have came in and we have shipped them out. Refunds were sent to customer whose orders we were not able to fulfill. There is still a few small shipments that contain the remaining 1% of the delays coming end of October 2024. For those orders we will post updates regarding it. Having learn from this, moving on we will be implementing some changes.
Changes we are making:
- There will now be one unified support channel for all customer inquiries: [N/A currently updating]
- We will no longer be using the old channel (DMs, messages, old email, instagram, reddit, etc) for order inquires, due to inquiries being lost when dealing with multiple channels. [Dm's will still work until the new support email is up]
- Pre-order policy updates to help better protect customers and prevent bad actors. See [Pre-Order Policy] for more detail.
- We will not accept Pre-order items and in-stock items in the same order. Please order in-stock in a seperate order from pre-order items to ensure you get your items on time.
- There will be a 3-month deadline for pickups and a 1-month deadline to pay for shipping of international orders. If there is extenuating circumstances that require an extension please e-mail support.
- Pre-order release dates have now been change from a specific month to quarterly as there have been no manufacturuer/distributors that have reliably been amount to meet the release they advertise ever since 2020.
